A building that, with its forms, careful use of natural and other stone structures, with combination of modern lines and decorations around the windows, reconciles the appearance of the new building with the buildings next to it. The big attention was paid to the internal orientation of residential space in order to provide tenants with the intimacy of housing who prefer to choose the city center.

The first major project for the construction of the entire stone facade on the building, which we worked on according to the then new technologies of hanging stone on a stainless steel substructure. With this, we have opened a long-term cooperation with companies that have found their place in this large business facility, adapting business space to their needs such as:

  • Business premises and conference halls of the “Association of Banks”;
  • Business premises of the World Bank;
  • Restaurant “Business Advisor”;
  • Upgrading of an open shopping center that connects with T.C. in Patriarch Gavrilo Street (former Dušan Bogdanović Street).

The project of reconstruction of the old local community of the city municipality Zvezdara. It was a new kind of a challenge for us. It included a complete reconstruction of the building from the year of 1800, sports fields and a children's park of about 1700m2. A special request was to return the complete ornamentation and the previous appearance of the building, which we managed to realize with the great help of experts in this field.
